Fences – Man-made & Otherwise

These fences are just three of the ones I took pictures of for my grandies. They pointed them out to me on our walk through the community gardens.

Speaking of fences, there are emotional fences, as well as man-made ones that we construct. We often fence ourselves in within our minds and hearts in order to protect ourselves from emotional overload, from a trauma, or from being vulnerable.
