Rita Levi-Montalcini Dies at 103

The world has lost a woman of substance, a woman of humaneness who always thought of humankind, and endeavored to find answers through her outstanding research. She was known as “Lady of the Cells”, for her tireless efforts in scientific research. “She shared the 1986 Nobel Medicine Prize American biochemist Stanley Cohen for their groundbreaking research carried out in the United States. The research increased the understanding of many conditions, including tumors, developmental malformations, and senile dementia.”

May Rita Levi-Montalcini Rest in Peace. May her memory be for a Loving Blessing.
